Are you passionate about sustainability and think mass adoption of renewable energies is long overdue? Would you like working with customers and partners that are just as passionate about your product as you are? Are you interested in joining a high-growth company and product team in the Clean Energy sector?
Neurio, a subsidiary of Generac Power Systems, is looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our product team and help us build a reliable, environmentally sustainable electricity grid.
Our applications combine renewable sources and residential energy storage to help homeowners make the most out of their solar panels, understand and reduce their homes’ energy consumption, and ensure they can power their home when the electricity grid fails. We also work with utilities and solar installers to monitor large fleets of solar assets and make solar more accessible to the average homeowner.
This position, reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, offers a unique opportunity to influence company strategy and shape products that our customers and installers use daily. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strong relationships with our customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and
motivations
• Discovering valuable unsolved problems using customer empathy and market knowledge
• Collaborating with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap
• Working closely with UX designers and the engineering team to design high-impact solutions to our customers’ problems
• Maintaining a healthy, prioritized and Lean product backlog reflecting company strategy, evolving market
conditions and customer
needs, to deliver maximum value
• Providing vision and leadership, leading Scrum teams from feature ideation to delivery
• Driving go-to-market activities, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Defining and monitoring product performance metrics and their effect on business goals
• Providing product leadership, using data and market knowledge to take calculated risks and driving the
conversation around product
priorities.
