The Vice President, Human Resource Service Delivery & Transformation will partner closely with HR leadership across the organization to assess, develop and implement policies; establish operational standards; and ensure procedures are implemented to drive efficient, effective, and compliant services and results in support our people vision.

This role key advisor to support our people vision and help to strengthen organizational performance and culture, developing and monitoring measures of success in the human capital space, ensuring that the workforce aligns with the company's mission and values. This is a highly interactive and collaborative position that requires a proactive and coaching-minded leader who engages with HR leadership to identify organizational gaps and implement programs/processes to meet those needs. This highly collaborative position requires proactive and opportunistic leadership. This highly interactive will lead to the delivery of best-in-class employee experiences. Focuses on improving the employee experience, people process, and service delivery in pursuit of positioning the organization to be a destination employer.
This position will be a key member of the HR leadership team and will report directly to the EVP of Human Resources to provide strategic vision and leadership for the design, development, and administration of our programs

This is an integral role that is required to be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Waukesha, WI.  The role is open for relocation assistance.

  • Serve as the primary resource for designing and implementing HR Transformation strategies and programs aligned and integrated with business plans/needs to enhance the Company’s talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Identify and provide strategic direction and leadership to improve the wholistic employee experience globally with HR projects and initiatives and periodically evaluate service operations.
  • Oversee people relations including problem solving to address issues and concerns to foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead change management efforts during HR transformation initiatives, including communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and systems and lead efforts to streamline and optimize for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with HR Leadership to build advice and influence business leaders and employee experience. 
  • Stay up to date on and ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, including GDPR, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and ACA.
  • Drive team culture of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency for HR policies & procedures.  Collaborate with Legal other departments to achieve objectives.
  • Superior ability to communicate, influence, persuade, build trust, and gain the confidence of and advise all levels of the organization up to and including the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • Designs and directs the work of the functional area. Selects, coaches, and develops the team, setting objectives that align with company strategy to inspire and motivate the team. Manages organizational talent through performance management, succession planning, and development. Designs and directs processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered, and performance is systematically improved.
  • Develops and directs HR operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, HR, or other related field required.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in HR with 5 years in leadership roles 
  • 5 years of HRIS experience and system implementation with a track record of leveraging HR technology.
  • 5 years’ experience in global HR transformation, organizational development, & change management at a global, high growth company

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities:

  • Workday or comparable HCM systems experience 
  • Experience with M&A, integration, and HR transformation
  • HR practitioner experience
